Effective Community Engagement: Developing Personal Accountability and Responsibility

This advanced course will create a context for effective community engagement by involving participants in a series of conversations, each are designed to challenge participants to consider their own levels of engagement. The result of this encounter is to demonstrate how an individual participant can, by engagement, build an accountable and sustainable community or organization. This course is a unique opportunity to engage in a series of challenging conversations exploring our own commitment; as we understand it, and as others may perceive it, to demonstrate and understand how to build an accountable and sustainable group of leaders or staff.
